In order to make the most out of your training or competitions, optimal recovery is key. Powerbar RECOVERY MAX was developed for this purpose on the basis of sports nutrition scientific findings. The powder combines high-glycaemic carbohydrates with protein. Carbohydrates help to replenish the energy tanks (glycogen stores) and protein supports the development and maintenance of muscle mass. Ingredients of the highest quality such as whey protein and oatmeal are used, and it also contains zinc and magnesium.

LEGAL DENOMINATION
Carbohydrate-protein powdered drink mix for adult athletes with magnesium and zinc. Raspberry flavour.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin (51%), whey protein (MILK) (30%), sugar, OAT flour (2%), acid (citric acid), magnesium carbonate, zinc citrate, salt, natural flavouring, colouring food (beetroot juice powder), emulsifier (lecithins).
May contain: EGGS, SOY.
Suggested usage
1-2 portions per day, immediately after sport.
After light exercise: 1 portion. After intense exercise: 2 portions.
Mixing instruction (1 portion): Mix 44 g (approx. 3 dosing spoons - included) with 125 ml of water.
