They are based on fruit juice concentrates and provide you with high-quality carbohydrates in a carbohydrate ratio of 2:1 of glucose and fructose sources.

LEGAL DENOMINATION
Concentrated carbohydrate gel for athletes with fruit juice concentrates, caffeine and sodium. Mango-passionfruit flavour.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin, water, fruit juice concentrates (17%) (apple, mango, passionfruit), fructose, salt, guarana extract, sodium citrate, natural flavourings, caffeine (0,1%), preservative (potassium sorbate), acid (citric acid).
Suggested usage
1-3 pouches/day. Consume as required 1 pouch in regular intervals during intense exercise with water.
High caffeine content (121mg/100ml). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women.
